Assessment of Vietnam Tourism Recovery Strategies after COVID-19 Using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach

Tourism is the economic sector most heavily influenced by COVID-19, and it has suffered unprecedented losses. The competitiveness resilience of tourism industry have recently become a topic great concern for global stakeholders. A series ambitious recovery strategies been announced countries to rebuild industry, that aim make “smokeless industry” more resilient sustainable. objective this study evaluate rank effectiveness nine in post-COVID-19 period Vietnam’s industry. combined model Best–Worst Method (BWM) Group Best Worst (GBWM), an efficient tool using multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach, used solutions. assessment process carried out six stakeholder groups considered decision makers, including operators, enterprises, scholars, employees, residents, tourists.
